At For The Girlies, we want you to love every product you receive. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Opened packaging is okay — we just ask that the device has not been used.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
- You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items

- Items returned after the 14-day window

How to Start a Return
Email us at [support email] with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we'll send you return instructions. Please do not send items back without prior approval.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or we made an error.
